Knit fabric has lots of give, maxi dress measures 30" unstretched and can comfortably stretch to 38", waist stretches 27" to 32" (measured at band), length is 61" when hanging (about 60" worn), sleeve is 25"; cape is 28" long. Condition is excellent.
