PURCHASING: Please use the checkout buttons on our site for PayPal payments. Or, receive a 10% discount when paying by Zelle, personal check, or bank transfer (5% discount for these payments methods on Sale items or layaway orders.) For these payment methods, please order via the CONTACT form and we'll message you with details.
LAYAWAY: Layaway is available for all items, generally 20% deposit and 20% per month, or contact us if another schedule works better for you. Please contact us to arrange a layaway, we'll send you a PayPal layaway invoice (you can also pay layaways by Zelle, personal check, or bank transfer, we will include a 5% discount when paying your layaway by these methods.)
Layaways not paid according to an agreed schedule may be cancelled and returned to our inventory (we'll send a reminder first), any money paid toward a cancelled layaway will be forfeited as it was used to hold the item for the time it was kept on layaway. If we accept a late payment that is more than 30 days past due then a fee of 5% of total order may be assessed per late or missed payment. If a cancelled layaway is resumed by buyer at a later date, then a monthly late fee of 5% of the item's purchase price will be assessed; if a cancelled layaway is resumed by buyer at a later date, then the original purchase price will apply, regardless of any subsequent holiday sales.
SHIPPING: US Domestic shipping is included at no additional charge; international shipping is calculated at checkout. Garments are commonly shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Decor items will ship by the method that we find most suitable for the item's size and value. Shipments are sent insured and tracked (international insurance limits vary.) In the rare event of loss or damage we will file a claim that may require the buyer's participation. Please be sure to provide a secure delivery address as insurance will not pay for the loss of any parcel they've marked as "delivered"; a signature may be required on delivery. Internationally, please advise if your country has any special requirements when importing from the US. Please check with your country’s customs office if you are concerned about the possibility of an import tax, and please monitor international tracking in case the shipper and/or your Customs office are trying to reach you to complete delivery. Any item that is returned to sender will be resent at buyer's expense, or a store credit will be established (see Return & Cancellations section for additional terms on a returned item.)
ORDERING FUR: Please be sure you are allowed to import the fur type into your country, as there is no compensation if the fur is confiscated by your government.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: Domestically within the US, please return unworn garments via airmail to the original parcel’s return address (message us if uncertain of return address). Return shipping is paid by buyer. Insurance and tracking recommended for return shipments as we’re unable to compensate for postal loss or damage. Email notice of return intent must be received within two days of delivery (according to carrier tracking), and garment returned to post office and postmarked for return shipment within four days of delivery unless other arrangements are prearranged, otherwise a rental fee of 20% or 2% per day (whichever is greater) may be applied, and a store credit issued for the balance. Buyers whose shipping was paid by us, in whole or part, will have those costs, as well as bank’s wire acceptance fee, and/or packing cost deducted from return. Orders are not voided by postal error or delay, and no delivery dates are guaranteed.
Internationally, please return via any airmail method—and please verify with your shipper that forms have been marked correctly as “Returned Merchandise” to ensure customs fees are not charged on re-entry to the US. If an international buyer refuses delivery, either by action or inaction, causing the shipment to be returned to sender, then a rental fee of 2% per day may be deducted from return credit for the time the merchandise is out of our possession. All other domestic terms apply internationally.)
Items purchased on layaway are returnable for store credit, less a 20% return fee.
On receipt of return or cancellation of all non-layaway purchases, both domestic and international, we’ll establish a store credit for you for the full purchase price of the garment, less any aforementioned deduction listed above. All payments for all returns and cancellations are reimbursed only by store credit, no cash refund is offered. Please retain relevant email as proof of credit. Credits are not applicable to existing layaway. Discounts will not apply to exchanges. Limit of 1 exchange, additional returns may include a twenty percent return fee and can be returned for credit only. Items ordered or reserved but not paid may incur the greater of a 20% or 2% per day reservation fee. Excessive efforts to circumvent these policies may result in forfeit of return option. By ordering, customer agrees to be bound by these terms and agrees to assume any costs this business incurs enforcing or defending these policies as they relate to the order. All terms apply to any order/canceled order for which merchandise was reserved or payment sent.
VINTAGE & ANTIQUE GARMENT CONDITION, etc.: Garments we carry are previously owned. Vintage and antique clothing is never showroom new. Significant flaws we believe affect appearance, wearibility, or value will be mentioned in description. Minor flaws (successful repairs, bead finish, other signs of normal wear, or wear visible only on close inspection) may be deemed inconsequential and not mentioned if we believe they dont significantly affect the appearance, wearability, or value of garment. Distinguishing between significant / insignificant flaws is at our discretion. Measurements are approximate and we may measure differently than you would, though ours are industry standard. Age, fabric content, provenance, fit, cleanability, alterability, authenticity and all other descriptive information is offered as professional opinion only and not guaranteed. Any error in description we consider minor will not void purchase agreement. Soil, wrinkles, must, or anything that we believe can be remedied with skilled dry-cleaning should not be considered a flaw, though we will disclose anything that we perceive. Condition assessments are relative to age, no assessment implies perfect unworn condition. Replies to condition inquiries will not list insignificant imperfections and may refer only to garment exterior. Laundering or drycleaning may be necessary and is always recommended before wearing vintage garments. Color may vary from that displayed on your monitor. Authenticity and celebrity provenance are confirmed to the best of our ability though in purchasing from any merchant one should note that authenticity is only infallible when merchandise and memorabilia are obtained directly from the designer or the celebrity. If you have your own criteria for determining authenticity please employ it prior to purchase as transactions are not voided on basis of discrepancy of authenticity. We include available information on our web pages regarding our understanding of the lineage of memorabilia including how we obtained them and will include copies of any described supporting documentation with purchase.
DECOR AND JEWELRY CONDITION, ETC.: As with any vintage and antique items, please expect age-appropriate wear including all the subtle signs of use and/or manmade irregularity that are the authentication and hallmarks of aged and hand-wrought wares. Condition is relative to age and no condition assessment implies unworn, unused, showroom-new condition. Flaws that are seen by our camera will be visible in photos, lesser signs of wear may be too minor for our camera to capture. Loss of gilt or flecks of paint, mild discolors, surface abrasions, patina and metal wear, crazing and craquelure and other glaze imperfections, wear to bottoms of bases, lines of separation in picture frame decorations, and all other signs of natural wear on vintage and antique items are not considered flaws, but rather are valuable indications of authentic age. Please expect these discreet signs of natural age-appropriate wear on all your vintage and antique treasures.

If you have a question about color we will describe the color as we see it though we can't guarantee that you'll have the same color interpretation. Measurements are approximate. Variable meaning terms like 'gold', 'pearl', 'silver' may be used to describe color or finish, and may not indicate all possible literal definitions. We don't scrape or file or X-Ray metals to determine how much primary, secondary, or tertiary metals might be in any object. Our opinion regarding era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history, and all descriptive information may differ from yours and is offered without guarantee.
Artist and maker names are relayed without guarantee. When necessary and possible, authenticity—including celebrity provenance—is confirmed to our standard, if you have your own criteria for determining authenticity of any item please employ it prior to purchase as transactions are not voided on the basis of discrepancy in perceptions of authenticity.
Paintings may have had retouch, reline, resize, restretch, or minor repair in their history that may be unknown by/unrelayed by us; backs of sealed artwork will likely not have been opened for inspection. Antique picture frames should be considered free with purchase of artwork, they will always show signs of distress, age, and wear including small losses of molded decoration; additional losses may occur in shipment and will not be covered by insurance nor are they a reason for refund, though all items can be returned for exchange or store credit within the return window (see Returns). Please notify us if you prefer to forego the frame and we will adjust the shipping price where possible.
After purchase, flat art may receive additional paper or fabric backing and/or improved hanging hardware at our discretion. All objects may be dusted, lightly cleaned and/or lightly polished before shipment. Any joined or applied elements (frame decorations, etc.) that might be at risk of coming loose in transit may be secured with quality repair and retouch mediums prior to shipment. When hanging artwork, please test capacity of walls as well as any hardware (hooks, wires, strings, etc.) that's been included with your purchase before hanging wall art, or consult a professional at your discretion.

The laws of the State of Pennsylvania will govern this businesss and its transactions. In connection with any litigation, without limiting our right to bring an action in any jurisdiction, All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state courts located in Berks County, PA.
